Wow, only two updates so far this year. I've been slackin'. Primarily
because I've been travelling a lot. Recent international travels
include India and Switzerland. Too much to talk about here, so give
me a call and I'll tell you all about it! Enough about me, since
the last update, Alex participated in a Hudson sponsored Quiddich
match (to celebrate the new Harry Potter book. There was no flying,
but there was a lot of running around and scoring. It was like Lacrosse,
except with your hands and with with three goals. Also, school has
started. Alex is in 5th grade and Lucas is in 1st. That means Shari
is home alone...bored...out of her skull. She is currently trying
to find ways to occupy her time (The house will be totally pimped
out by the time summer rolls around). Alex turned 11! He currently
tips the scales at 5' 2" and 108lbs. That's pretty much Mike's
size when he was 16! The guys also just returned from their annual
NFL outing. This year was in Denver, watching the Broncos beat the
Steelers. That's about all I've got, check out the pictures. Thanks
for stopping by!

Wow, this has been a LOOONG time between updates. We've had a rather
busy beginning to the year. We had a fairly warm January, which
was quickly followed by a cold and snowy February and March. At
various points we had 3 or more feet on the ground! It was very
cool, Pepper loved all the snow! In february, both kids entered
their cars in the dragway. Based on guidance from Mike, they went
with a closed wheel design. They pushed the limits of the legal
size for cars, but in the end, the cars drifted to the right and
rubbed against the wall of the track. That was too much to overcome
and they were out of the trophy ranks (but they still finished pretty
high, Mike still insists that's a winning design)
In March Mike turned 40! The event was celebrated at a local
Whirly Ball court (combination of Jai Alai and bumper cars!) Also
in March we all took a Royal Caribbean cruise! We had a great time
and took tons of pictures. It was a cruise to the Bahamas. We say
the Pirate Museum, Atlantis, and a couple beaches.
Nothing exciting in April. Mike and the kids marched in the annual
Memorial Day parade (with the Indian Guides). They have also been
out playing golf a couple of times. There is a local 2 club course
where the holes are about 50-70 yards long. THe kids like it and
Mike gets to work on his short game. That's all we have for now.
